Refund policy

We offer a refund/exchange within the first 10 days from the date of your purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

The product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return/exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for replacement based on an exchange request.

Processing Time

Replacement/Exchange products will be delivered within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products may be exempt from returns or refunds. These will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

Return Approval Process

The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.
If you are receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs so we will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved after quality check, your return or exchange request will be processed within 10 days.
